Telegraph for Turkey Day

My lovely friend Kay Plunkett-Hogge included a quote from me in her very good piece on Thanksgiving in the UK in the Telegraph. All my food-loving friends and family (that's sort of like saying "all my oxygen-breathing friends and family") should check out her cookbooks, particularly this one, which includes a recipe from me, and a nice story about my great-grandmother.
